Is this actually free?
Yes. No payment required to book or attend. We offer this because the call is genuinely useful for us too — it helps us understand if we can help you before either party commits to anything.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation required. It helps to have a rough sense of where your biggest operational headaches are, but we'll ask the right questions on the call. If you've already done the free audit, bring your report — it makes the conversation much more specific.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Service businesses and agencies with 3–25 staff generating ₦5M–₦50M+ per year. We work across logistics, professional services, e-commerce ops, media, and more. If you're doing repetitive work that could be automated, we're likely a fit.
What if I'm too small / too early?
